AER is a breathing and relaxation app designed to help users practice guided breathing sessions for focus, calm, recovery, and sleep. The app also includes an optional AI coach chat feature.

Information We Collect

AER does not require account creation and does not ask for profile information such as your name, address, or payment details.

If you use the optional in-app AI coach chat, the text you type is sent to Google Gemini to generate a response for that conversation. We do not ask you to provide health records, government identifiers, or payment information in chat.

How Information Is Used

• To provide breathing sessions and guided app functionality.
• To generate responses in the optional AI coach chat feature using Google Gemini.
• To maintain app performance and basic functionality.

AI Coach and Third-Party Processing

The AI coach chat is optional. If you use it, your message content is processed by Google Gemini as our third-party AI provider so the app can return a reply. We do not use this chat feature for advertising, cross-app tracking, or user profiling.

Because chat content is sent to a third-party AI service, do not submit sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in the chat. The AI coach is for wellness support only and does not provide medical advice.

Tracking

AER does not use third-party tracking for advertising and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Data Sharing

AER does not sell personal information. Chat input is only shared with Google Gemini when you actively use the optional AI chat feature.

Data Retention

Breathing session use is intended to stay on-device as part of the normal app experience. AER does not maintain user accounts or server-side user profiles. If chat input is processed, it is transmitted only to generate a reply and may also be handled according to the third-party provider's service and logging policies.

Your Choices

You can use AER without using the AI coach chat. If you do not want chat content processed by Google Gemini, do not open or use the optional AI coach feature.

Children

AER is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
